A 60 × 265 cm grounding sheet woven with conductive silver fibre, connected by cord to the ground port of a standard earthed outlet. It lies across the sleeping surface, under or over your existing bedding, wherever your body rests against it.
What it measurably does. Indoors, your body floats at somewhere between a few hundred millivolts and a few volts relative to the earth, induced by household wiring. Connected, that collapses to near zero — ordinary electrical engineering.
Looking after it. Silver-threaded fabric can lose conductivity over time with body oils, detergent residue and fabric softener. Wash it in the free sheet-care bag, skip the softener, and follow the Care and use guide.
What we don't claim. This is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The honest state of the grounding evidence — strong studies and weak ones alike — is set out on our research page.
Machine washable: no bleach, and never fabric softener.

Care and washing
Unplug the cord, then wash the sheet in the sheet-care bag. No bleach, and no fabric softener, which leaves a residue on the conductive fibre. Line dry or tumble low.
Shipping, guarantee and returns
We ship to the United States and Canada, and shipping is free on every order.
Dispatch: within 1–3 business days of your order — allow up to 5 during peak periods such as Black Friday and the December holidays.
Delivery after dispatch: about 8 days on average to the US, and about 9 days to Canada.
All in, allow roughly two weeks from order to doorstep. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Prices are in US dollars. Canadian orders may be charged import duty and GST/HST by the carrier on delivery; these aren't included in our price.
90-night money-back guarantee. Sleep on it for the full 90 nights, counted from delivery. If it isn't for you, send it back and we'll refund the full price of your items. You don't have to tell us why, though we'd be grateful to hear how it went.
How it works: between night 90 and night 100, email support@restoreearth.store with your order number and a photo of the items with their original packaging. We'll reply with the return address. Send the items back clean, undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days of our reply. Return postage is paid by you. Once your return reaches us, we refund the full price of the items to your original payment method.
We can't take refund requests for used items before night 90, because many people notice nothing for the first two or three weeks. Please keep the box and packaging until your 90 nights are up.
Changed your mind before sleeping on it? Within 14 days of delivery, you can send back unused items in their original packaging for a full refund, or swap a sheet for another size. Return postage is paid by you; we ship the new size free.
Damaged, faulty or the wrong item? Email us a photo or short video within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of noticing a manufacturing fault during your 90 nights, and we'll send a replacement free.
Safety, and who should ask a doctor first
The cord connects to your outlet's ground port only. It's a path to earth, not a power source. Plug the cord into an outlet with a working ground. If you're unsure about an outlet, try another one, or ask a licensed electrician to check and correct its ground.
Speak to your doctor first if you have an implanted device such as a pacemaker, take anticoagulant medication, or are managing a condition under medical supervision. Grounding is not a treatment and should not replace anything a physician has prescribed.
Which size do I need?
Match your mattress, not your duvet. If you're between sizes, go up — a loose fitted sheet still conducts, a tight one pops off.
| Size | Mattress (in) | Mattress (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| Single / Twin | 39 × 75 | 99 × 190 |
| Double / Full | 54 × 75 | 137 × 191 |
| Queen | 60 × 80 | 152 × 203 |
| King | 76 × 80 | 193 × 203 |
| California King | 72 × 84 | 183 × 213 |
All sizes fit mattresses up to 13 in / 33 cm deep.
