Which size
Match your mattress, not your bed frame. Measure the width and length of the mattress itself, and check the depth — our fitted sheets accommodate mattresses up to 33cm deep.

Where the cord goes
The cord runs from the corner of the sheet to any earthed outlet within reach. The supplied cord is 4.5 metres, which reaches most bedside outlets. Route it under the mattress edge rather than across the floor.
If you're unsure about your outlet
Plug the cord into an outlet with a working ground. If you're unsure about an outlet, try another one, or ask a licensed electrician to check and correct its ground.
Sheet, pillowcase, or both
Start with the sheet. It is the larger contact area and the thing most of the research used. The pillowcase is an addition, not a substitute.
