Two quick answers, here so you do not have to wait:

How do I wash my sheet? Wash it in the sheet-care bag, with no bleach and no fabric softener, and unplug the cord first. See the care guide and the Care and use guide.

I'm not sure about my outlet. Plug the cord into an outlet with a working ground. If you're unsure about an outlet, try another one, or ask a licensed electrician to check and correct its ground. See the Care and use guide for set-up steps.

90-night money-back guarantee

Sleep on it for the full 90 nights. If it isn't for you, send it back and we'll refund the full price of your items. You don't have to tell us why.

Refund requests between nights 90 and 100 · original packaging · return postage paid by you. Between night 90 and night 100, email us your order number and a photo of the items with their original packaging, and we'll send the return address. The refund is made once your return reaches us.

Unused, or the wrong size? Within 14 days of delivery, send unused items back in their original packaging for a refund, or swap a sheet for another size.

Damaged or faulty? Email us a photo or short video within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of noticing a manufacturing fault during your 90 nights, and we'll replace it free.
