Editorial standards

How we grade evidence

Four tiers, applied consistently:

  • Well established — settled science, not in dispute.
  • Promising — controlled, blinded, adequately sized, but not yet independently replicated.
  • Preliminary — real findings from small or uncontrolled studies. Worth following, not worth relying on.
  • Emerging — case reports, narrative reviews, single small studies. Included for completeness, not as evidence.

Rules we hold ourselves to

  • Every study card states its limitations. No limitations, no publication.
  • We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
  • We do not display ratings or review counts until a review platform is connected to real orders.
  • We do not use countdown timers, stock scarcity counters or fabricated urgency. The components do not exist in our storefront.
  • We hold one price. We do not run permanent discounts against an inflated reference price.
  • Where we have a commercial interest in a claim, we say so on the same page as the claim.

Review cadence

The research library is re-reviewed on a fixed schedule. Where new evidence changes a grade, the grade changes — including downwards.
